The Mitsubishi has released model CA-301, the latest version of coulometric Karl Fischer instrument. The new CA-310 is a convertible Karl Fischer moisture meter that can easily switched from coulometric to volumetric measurement or vice versa just by changing the titration cells. Titration cells can be connected up to 4 channels for simultaneous measurements. Measures 5 ㎍H2O accurately with good repeatability by coulometric titration under controlled conditions.
With an optional barcode reader, Mitsubishi Chemical AQUAMICRON data such as lot no., expiry data can be imported to the system. Operation process can be logged and output as text and/or image data. These information can be utilized to prepare Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). Optimal temperature of unknown sample can determined by step heating function. The user friendly Main Controller with 8.4 Inch LCD touch screen will enable users to control and access measurement data of each cells fast and easy. The Main Controller and the Stirrer can be connected by either USB cable or wireless (option) for data communication. The lower limit of measurement range is 5μg H2O for coulometric measurement with good repeatability*. (*subject to ambient conditions). Wide range of applications: pharmaceuticals, foods, oils etc. CA-301 be operated simultaneously. Functions to support GMP/GLP compiance such as user rights management, reagent information, hardware and analytical validation.
